Story : Miranda was left an orphan at a young age. Her father was an alcoholic and her mother abandoned her. When her father later died Miranda was taken in by a priest. She carries much lingering resentment to her mother, because her father was at least present. Miranda hates roses because whenever she pictured her mother's face she always remembered there was a rose on the mantle.
