The mine was one of the few places the farmer didn't ever visited, so he decided to take his day to scroll trough it. He didn't had any tools like hammer- to break the rocks - and hoe - to dig the ground -, but he could always visit and find some ores or minerals on the floor. That would make cool way to get money and all...

So he entered the big hole in the wall and was surrounded by dark.
*Dang....I should've brought a spirit lamp or something.....Uh ? What was this ?!*

Dougy heard strange sound behind him. He turned around and furrowed his eyes. He was used to be in the dark and a blacker shadow moved in front of him. Now that he noticed it, a light was slolwy coming by him, and the lamp owner's face began to appear.

Bryan only had a few materials back at his shop, so he knew it was time for him to collect some for himself. He grabbed his lamp and his hammer and headed to the virgin mines. Or at least they were to him. He hadn't been to these mines yet.

He wandered through the large cave that was the entrance and through the hole in the wall to the first room. He saw a villager standing in the darkness, squinting at him. He hated civil confrontations, so for a moment he thought about walking away, but he knew he couldn't do that. He had to gather materials.

He moved to a rock and struck it with his hammer, not saying a word.

Dougy was surprised by the way he just....ignored him. He looked at him while he began to smash rocks.
*Hmm....I don't think he's blind, so he's just probably not in the mood of talking...*

Despite what he thought, he came closer to Bryan and said with a clear voice :
- Good morning. I don't think I've met you....You're new in town, right ? Well, I'm the farmer, Dougy. Nice to meetcha.

Bryan didn't stop smashing rocks.
"I'm Bryan." he said simply. "Yeah, I'm new."
He smashed a stone and found a mythril stone. He put it in his bag. He wasn't entirely too social, but he knew he needed to meet people. He just couldn't bring himself to be friendly or talkative.

Dougy looked at him while he smashed rocks. Bryan looked like he was hardworking. Not really the lazy type.

- So, what do you take care of ? There's so many people that I don't know who have which job ! It's a bit confusing...

He knew he was a bit disturbing him, but he couldn't help but be curious about that cold guy...

"I work at the blacksmith shop." He said, still working.
"I just started, I don't have any supplies." he finished.

- Really ? That's cool.
Dougy passed his hand in his hair and looked around him. Since he didn't had tools, he couldn't exactly make a real excavation.
- So you don't sell hammer or hoe...?

"I do." he replied, looking at Dougy for the first time. His lavender eyes were iced over.
"Or I will as soon as I get the material. Yours will be the first I make.. so it is on the house." he assumed that Dougy needed a hoe or a hammer since he didn't have one in his hands

Dougy smiled at him.
- Cool then ! So I'll get what I need.....a day...
They stayed quiet for a bit, then Dougy said :
- Really looks like you enjoy being in the mine.....It's really quiet, uh ? A bit like the Mountain.....which I find better, 'cause of the view we got....

He broke another rock and found bronze
"There is your first tool." he said, putting the material in his bag.
"I like the mountains as well. I visited there the other day."

Bryan's first sentence made Dougy laugh. He was a bit distant, but the farmer liked his sarcastic joke. Well, that's how he took it anyway.
- Good, then I'll probably get it pretty soon !
"You've saw it ? Cool view, right ?"

He looked at his watch a bit and, seeing it wasn't too late, he continued to talk with the blacksmith.
- So, have you met lot of people ? We're quite supplied with lot of different person......Yup....different...

He looked far in the mine, where it was darker and got lost in his thoughts.

He found another stone and he put it in his bag. He had everything he needed to make Dougy's tools. He straightened himself up, wiped the sweat from his brow and faced Dougy. He was a tall Russian boy.\
"I liked the view." he stated.
"I have only met a few people." he admitted, but he wasn't very social so it was no surprise.

Dougy smiled and closed his eyes. He put his hand in his pocket - didn't knew what to do with them - and began to whistle a bit.

- Well, you know what ? I think that first of all, I'm going to command you a Hoe, because I don't have it....and it isn't exactly good to start a farm, is it ?

He scratch his eyebrow and continued : "Who have you met ? There's so much people now that it's disconcerting ! We don't miss much people for the shop....But we still don't have anyone for the livestock shop... ..."
Dougy couldn't exactly began any ranch without animals....He really wished that someone would come soon for that !

"Rome wasn't built in a day." Bryan replied.
"If you want to follow me to the shop I can start on your hoe." he said quietly. He wasn't very good with people, but he was trying to get better. Being unfriendly is not good for business.

- Yeah, you're right.
He start thinking a bit and listened to Bryan's proposition.
- Hum...good idea ! Like that I can have my hoe sooner.
Dougy looked at Bryan a bit and said :
- Well, are you done ? If yes, we can go right away ! I'm....ready.
He didn't do anything, so he couldn't exactly NOT be ready to go...

Dougy stayed a bit to watch the mine bottom. He turned around and ran to the exit to follow Bryan.
Even if he was really cold and serious, Dougy felt like he had made a new friend, and that made him smile.
