I dont really understand about the event thingy.
I saw some people put the topic title {PV ___}
what does the PV stands for?
is that a heart event??

No, it stend for « private with ».

The heart event topic have a name (Like "Meeting at the Bar"), and you write after which color of heart it is, and with who. So it gives something like that :

Meeting at the Bar - Black Heart Event {PV Vice Mayor}.

You can simply write the name of the person without the "PV".

Yes you have to do the heart event to increase it. Well, if you want to do a Heart Event with someone, it's because you WANT to become a Bachelor/Bachelorette with him/her...There's no "original" couple.
