Curiosity killed the musician

Hincaru walked timidly into the library. She loved the library. When she wasn't playing music she was reading. She took a deep breath and opened the door, expecting to see someone there. To her surprise there was no one. She sighed a bit before stepping all the way inside and into an aisle of books. She started picking through them.
*I can wait for the librarian to get here, it won't be that long.*

Alexa was at the back of the library, in her little “office”, she was ordering some new books to add in her library, she was thinking about starting to add some comicbooks for the children of Twilight Town... she read a lot of those kind of “books” in her chilhood. They are so funny!
Suddenly, Alexa heard the bell at the entry of the library. She just wanted to put her paperwork correctly in her office than she came at the entry. Nobody. Another noise, someone was probably looking at the books. Alexa searched this person with her eyes and saw a shadow who was moving somewhere in the library, the young lady saw that it was only a girl.

*I won’t disturb her*

She wanted to check something but she stumbles on a box and fall, lying now on the floor.

- Ouch..!

She stands up and starts to pick up the books who were in the box.

Hincaru heard a noise and paniced for a moment before leaving the aisle and seeing the librarian there. She smiled at her.

"Hello there." she said with a smile.

"It is nice to meet you, I am Hincaru, I just moved here. "

The girl seemed to be cheerful, it makes Alexa kind of happy, people here weren’t bad at all. It was a nice town, here!

- Oh, hi. I’m Alexa, it’s nice to meet you too. I just moved here too, only yesterday.

She finished to put the books in the box.

- Are you searching a kind of book in particular?

Hincaru blushed lightly.
"Well.. I was kind of looking for... well.. manga..."
She giggled, feeling a little embarassed

*What a cute girl* thought Alexa when she saw her blushing lightly.

So she liked manga. The young lady had read a lot of mangas when she was a teenager but for some reasons she stopped to when she finished her series, she did’nt start an other one.

- Yeah, I’ve some series here. Mangas are at the right, just follow me.

She turned at the second shelf and show the mangas to Hincaru, they were a lot of various series, but some of them weren’t completed yet.

- There’s Shojo, Shonen, Seinen, Shitei... I hope you’ll find what you like here.

Hincaru stared at the manga wide eyed.
"I can't believe you have Saiyuki!"
She picked it up and started reading it before looking at her and smileing brightly
" I think you're my favorite person in the world ! "

Alexa was happy that Hincaru found something she likes. She smiled a little but stopped it the second after. But when the girl said that she was her favorite person in the world, the young lady couldn’t help her, she blushed.

- I’m happy you found what you like...

She puts some mangas in order, to hide the fact she was blushing.

- ...what do you do in Twilight Town, Hincaru?

Hincaru tilted her head and smiled sweetly.
"I am a musician." she laughed.
"I not a very important person in this town, not like the farmer, the blacksmith, or you, but music is all I know." she smiled brightly.

*Whoah! There’s a lot of artists here, they all look so talented..* thought Alexa *I’m sure I will have fun and learn new things living here!*

- I don’t think that you’re “not an important person”, here, Hincaru. Music brings happiness in people’s heart and make them pass a really good moment listening at you!

She really wanted to make Hincaru thinks she was important, everyone was important...

- What is your instrument?

"Anything I can get my hands on."She admitted with a smile.
"i occupied my childhood with learning different instruments, but my favorites are guitars, pianos, and cellos." she smiled.

- Wow, that’s really interesting. said Alexa, a light in her eyes, I would be happy to hear you someday, tell me when you’ll play something for an event. ^^

She takes a little break and then thinks of something.

- Do you know someone called Birdie? She’s a singer.

Hincaru put her book down and smiled at the girl.
"I do know her, she is a dear friend mine, and she lives across from me in the Inn."
She smiled.
"Have you had the chance to hear her sing? She has a beautiful voice!"

Alexa wasn’t surprised that Birdie and Hincaru were friends, they had kind of similar behavior and were talented people. She didn’t hear them but just at looking them, they look really professionnal.

- I didn’t have this chance but I would to hear both of you someday, maybe at the next event.

She smiled a little.

- Oh, I don’t want to keep you there. You surely have somethings to do...

hincaru nearly laughed.
"No, I have nothing to do... most of the time." she smiled.

- Oh, I see... said Alexa, a little bit timid.

She hesitated for a moment than ask:

- Do you have an instrument here to play? I would... like to hear you right now, if it doesn’t disturb you...

"I do." she admitted. She pulled a harmonica out of her pocket.
"Would you mind hearing this?" she asked.

Alexa looked at the harmonica. She remembered her dad playing this when she was younger... when he was at home before starting to always go on a trip... it was a good time.

- Yeah, I like the harmonica ^^. What type of music do you play?

"Any type!." she replied.
"i simply love music!"

Alexa smiled.

- Wow, I’m very impress.

Music and reading was she prefered the most when she wasn’t in a good mood, that’s was she was really happy to know someone like Hincaru. She was also a really nice person.

- I would like to hear some classical if you don’t mind.
